英语文章的总结怎么写
一、认真审题，确定时态人称，同时关注题材格式。
时态：故事性文章一般用过去时，其中表达感受时可用现在时。
说明性或议论性文章一般用现在时，举例时可用过去时。
根据题目要求也会出现时态的交错使用，如过去和现在的对比等。
如果句中出现了时间状语，时态则要遵循时间状语。
如ago，last…——过去时
next，in…——将来时等
人称：注意在句子中人称的统一。
例如：Thanks to the teachers, we have improved our English。
其中we和our就是人称的统一。
格式：注意书信格式的开头和结尾。
二、多阅读，勤动嘴。

七、xxx信息点，紧扣主题，突出重点。
切忌只看表格中或所列1、2、3中的信息点。一定把题读全，找齐信息点，建议用铅笔标出，写完后再涂掉。
根据题目，可适当增加合理内容。
特别注意文章要有开头和结尾。
八、成文时表述正确，文字流畅。
切忌与汉语提示的一一对应，使用所学表达方法将语义表达出来即可。
首先考虑句子结构(如主谓宾，主系表等)。
同时注意短语的正确使用和单词的拼写，最好使用课本上学过的短语和句式。
九、文章结构清晰，重点句型出彩，可使文章在得分上提高一个档次。
考虑文章的篇章结构，使用适当的连接短语，使文章结构紧凑。

文中正确使用两三个好的句型，如：宾语从句、状语从句、动名词做主语等。

动名词做主语举例：Reading books in the sun is bad for our eyes。

十、认真检查，检查信息点是否全面，时态、人称是否一致，句子结构是否清晰，短语使用、单词拼写是否准确等。

文明服务方面，我们除了要求使用文明用语，做到“唱收唱付”外，还大力提倡微笑服务。可以说微笑服务是高层次文明服务的体现。
三、加强政治学习。
一方面，通过组织大家学习“八荣八耻”，更强化了大家的工作责任心，站内掀起从我做起，从身边的小事做起，践行“八荣八耻”的行动热潮。形成了__站“八荣八耻”。
以爱岗敬业xxx，以态度溥衍为耻;
以热情服务xxx，以傲漫无理为耻;
以尊章守纪xxx，以我行我素为耻;
以团结互助xxx，以自私自利为耻;
以共同进步xxx，以互相拆台为耻;
以端正心态xxx，以报怨xxx耻;
以业务精练xxx，以业务平庸为耻;
以勤奋踏实xxx，以懒惰浮躁为耻。
另一方面，通过对“落实__厅长讲话精神，开展认清形势、转变观念、加快改革、促进发展大讨论”白皮书的学习和讨论，使大家认识到要想做到“以人为本，以车为本”，转变服务理念，每一位员工都要立足岗位，加强学习，摒弃因循守旧、墨守成规的思想，不断去创新和思考，创造性地完成本职工作，以适应新时期高速公路发展对员工素质的要求。
虽然，学习厅长讲话精神的讨论活动已经接近尾声。但我们会始终将“以人为本，以车为本”的服务理念贯穿于工作中，实现优质服务，文明服务，树立我站良好的服务形象。
四、重视安全工作，牢记安全第一。
我站视安全工作为一切工作的重中之重，平日注意做好安全检查，查找安全隐患，做到早发现、早报告、早解决、早记录。
安全保卫工作不容忽视，防患于未然是最重要的。所以在日常工作中我们要求每一名保安员当班期间认真对办公区和工作区巡视检查，认真做好记录和对特殊情况的处理上报。每一名在岗人员加强防范，防止被盗、被抢及火灾等事件、事故的发生。另外，监控员也要切实发挥监督检查作用。
目前，站内每一名职工对于安全工作的重视程度都可谓非常高，从具体工作表现中就可见一斑。
1、监控员在晚间及时设防。
2、治超员夜间及时关锁结算室门、楼门、铁大门及各室窗户。
3、收费员上下岗均有保安员护送。
4、治超员夜间巡逻次数明显增多，频率基本达到了站内要求的半小时一次，而且巡逻部位更广，更加仔细了。
另外，我们尤其重视作好“五?一”、“十?一”长假期间的工作安排。五一、十一长假之前，进行安全综合检查，对灭火器、食堂液化气罐、报警器、照明电灯、给水设备等作了全面检查，将有关情况在处机关各科室综合安全检查时汇总上报。同时对假期工作提前作了相关安排，重点强调注意安全防范，保障畅通，做好文明服务，遇到重大情况要及时报告。
五、关心职工生活，解决职工工作中的实际困难。
向管理处相关部门反映站内实际情况，因此解决了关系到职工工作和生活的具体问题，比如：修建摩托车棚，更换卫生间面盆、安装蓄水罐等，这体现了管理处和站领导对职工的关心，职工的工作和生活条件更加舒适，因此干劲也更加高涨了。
六、思想教育效果显著。
强调做工好思想交流工作，充分发动值班站长对本班人员进行谈心交流，对问题较少的人员，本着教育帮助的原则，给予改过机会，对同一问题发生多次的人员要按照标准进行考核。体现了“以教育为主导，以考核为手段，以促进工作为目的”的原则。
经过一年的努力，员工的思想状态、工作态度有所改变，能做好本职工作，积极参与各项活动，全站上下呈现出了团结向上的氛围。
七、坚持扶贫帮困送温暖，搞好精神文明建设。
几年来始终坚持在节日里为特困户xxx老人送米、面、油、鸡蛋等慰问品，备足取暖用煤，还经常为老人打扫卫生、做家务劳动。团支部还在学xxx活动月中，去养老院看望老人，为他们带去慰问。
坚持以“为用路人提供优质服务”为工作中心，为司乘人员排忧解难奉献一片爱心。一年中，涌现出的好人好事层出不穷，多次收到表扬信和锦旗，最近，我站为河北省滦河发电厂存车一事被__电视台报道。
八、严细管理与亲情管理相结合，收到明显效果。
1、强化内部管理，做好细节工作。
“不积畦步无以至千里，不积小流难以成江海”。其实，收费站工作本身很琐碎，只有做好这些细节工作才能保证整个收费治超工作的顺利开展。所以，在平时工作中，我们要求站内每名员工严于律己，对于各项规定令行禁止。比如：平时出入收费亭必须戴帽子;亭内人员在岗期间必须严格约束自己言行;每天的卫生交接必须做到三个到位，即清理到位，检查到位，返工到位，保证为用路人提供一个良好的行车环境;收费过程中禁止闲聊，把为用路人服好务摆在第一位;对于用路人的不理解，值班站长必须及时到位解决。遇堵车必须及时增开边口等等。对于这些细节工作要求，大部分人都能形成良好的自觉意识。
2、充分调动大家积极性，使每个人都以主人翁的姿态投入到工作中。
收费站是大家的，也是每一个人的。充分调动每一个人的积极性，让大家真正把收费站当成家一样来建设和爱护，整个站才会取得好的成绩。所以，在工作中如何xxx而异的调动起每他们的积极性，是管理人员最该思考的问题。我觉得管理中做到“以理服人，以德服人”很重要。因为“理”能使人信服，“德”能感化人。
总之，20工作在全体职工共同努力下已圆满完成，但今后的工作还任重道远，我们有信心、有决心把工作干好，把领导交办的事情完成，随时接受领导与用路人的指导检查，最终让领导放心，使用路人满意。
