1、听力
据我所知，四六级听力是很多英语四六级考生的重灾区。为什么听不懂英语听力?原因基本上有三种：词汇不过关，很多词汇都没听过，因为这些陌生单词造成了理解困难;感觉听力的速度太快，根本反应不过来;在听听力的过程中很难专注。

所以，针对英语听力反应这个问题，其实只要从两个角度来训练就可以了。
一是进行大量的泛听训练，我相信大部分的大学生平时都是有着大量的时间去进行自主学习，所以想要备战英语四六级听力这关，就要试着去泛听各种英语听力材料，包括一些英语新闻、英语演讲、英语影视剧等等，当然如果你本身对英语有足够的兴趣的话，你也会更加乐意地去做这方面的训练。泛听也不是随心所欲地听，而是利用好每一次泛听的机会，尽量搞懂听力里面所讲的内容，听完之后还可以再看看文字版，甚至可以研究一下里面的词汇、句型、语法、俗语等等。
二是精听训练。首先，自己准备好听力训练的材料，最好是往年的听力真题。然后每天进行精听训练。精听的具体步骤是：第一遍完整听下来，尽量能够搞清楚里面所讲的内容;第二次则一句一句地听下来，遇到听不懂的地方，翻看一下原文并做好标记，搞清楚自己到底是因为什么而听不懂;第三遍再脱离原文完成听一遍，确认与答案相关的信息。如果这一遍还有听不懂的地方，再针对听不懂的地方反复训练，直到听懂为止。
想要快速提升自己的英语听力水平，只要能够充分利用好上面这两种方法，基本上就能够在很短的时间内看见自己进步的正面反馈。
2、写作
我觉得写作这一部分是大学英语四六级备考过程中最不需要耗时的。因为很多时候，写作这方面的能力是贯穿到很多其他部分的，比如，我们只要积累英语单词的时候，然后再试着掌握单词的同义词，在考试中这些同义词就有可能派上用场;在学习语法知识的时候，学会掌握一些好的句式，然后在考试中加以套用，也会让阅卷老师眼前一亮;平时在泛听过程中就可以积累到很多作文中可以直接利用的素材等等。以上这些例子还有很多，写作这一部分实质考察的就是你有不有留心观察生活，有不有对很多问题进行深入的思考。另外，正式考试作文这一部分，一定要确定好提纲，然后再写，不要想到什么就写什么，因为这样在逻辑上有可能就很乱，而且还会消耗你大量的时间，打乱你的整个考试时间安排。
3、阅读
阅读部分也有三种考察形式，分别是选词填空、长篇阅读、阅读理解。

1作文

2听力
听力的提升是离不开每天的精听练习的，但在这里我们主要说一下应对的技巧。考试时做到“动态答题、视听一致”这八个字，不能保你周全但可以助你及格(150分)。预览选项，了解有哪些单词会出现，待音频开始播放仔细听有哪些单词出现了直接在卷面上做标记，
